RETURNS FOR ORDERS PLACED UNTIL 30/06/2024

For returns of orders placed before 30/06/2024, you can download this document which contains all the necessary information.

Before making a return, please contact our customer service by email at store-support@juventus.com or by phone at +39 011 0435010.

Carefully pack the merchandise and send it within 14 days using the instructions provided by customer service to the following warehouse address:

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Product prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include the current Value Added Tax (VAT) for the respective product categories.

The total price at the end of the order includes shipping costs but does not include any customs duties and/or additional sales taxes.

The amount will be charged in Euro. Conversion to other currencies is purely indicative.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Italian law (Art. 5 Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 N.185) stipulates that consumers acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial activity—excluding resellers and companies—can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller, in accordance with the law, and obtain a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty.

Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. A necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the products in perfect condition, unused, with original labels intact and in their original packaging. Returned products must also be carefully packed to protect the original packaging from any damage, writing, or label application. The risks associated with return shipping are entirely the customer’s responsibility. Products that have been washed, damaged by detergents/additives, or damaged due to customer negligence (e.g., excessive ironing temperature, incorrect application of patches on jerseys, etc.) will not be refunded. For technical reasons, the color of products displayed on the website may slightly differ from the actual color, and such variation will not be grounds for a refund.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on:

  • Products customized upon express request of the customer (e.g., products personalized with names and/or numbers of players or personal names, patches, initials, except for defective or damaged products)
  • Underwear, swimwear, and face masks
  • Jerseys after the player’s number has been changed or the player has transferred to another team

HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN

If you are a registered user:

  1. Log in with your email and password.
  2. Access your account and locate your order in "ORDER HISTORY."
  3. Access the order summary.
  4. Click the "MAKE A RETURN" button.

If you are NOT a registered user:

  1. Go directly to the returns portal by clicking HERE.
  2. Enter your postal code and order number (in full) or tracking code; both can be found in your order confirmation.
  3. Select the product(s) to return.
  4. Complete the return form, indicating the reason, and request a refund (which will be issued in the same way as the original purchase).
  5. Select your preferred drop-off point.
  6. Confirm the summary and go to the drop-off point with the provided label.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email and can track the package at any time.

Upon receipt of the product, our team will conduct the necessary checks and, if everything is in order, a refund will be issued via the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs incurred.

If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer: send your IBAN and account holder details to customercare@store.juventus.com, specifying your order number in the subject.

REFUNDS

The refund processing time is approximately 30 days, subject to verification of the returned product’s condition.

For credit card or other prepaid payment methods, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method, and the refund time may vary depending on the credit card or payment method used.

Refunds exclude shipping costs for both delivery and return, as well as any customs duties/taxes.

The purchase price will be fully refunded only if the return is due to defective or damaged merchandise, or if the package was lost/misdelivered by the courier. No refunds will be issued for products customized upon customer’s request (e.g., products personalized with player names/numbers or personal names, patches, initials, except for defective or damaged products); for underwear, swimwear, and face masks; or for jerseys following a change in the player's number or transfer to another team. Discounted products (Outlet section, special promotions) are non-refundable.

REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS

The maximum time limits for submitting requests or complaints are:

  • 15 DAYS for complaints regarding defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise.
  • 3 MONTHS for requests related to shipments or deliveries (e.g., package not received, package held, delivery problems, etc.).
  • 6 MONTHS for requests related to payment transactions or refunds.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

Trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs used on the website belong to their respective owners and their use, including reproduction on other websites by unauthorized third parties, is prohibited. The content of the website (texts, graphics, images, and animations) is protected by copyright.

APPLICABLE LAW

The governing law for purchases on store.juventus.com is that of the Italian Republic. For any disputes relating to the sale of products on the site, the competent court is the Court of Milan.
